Everyone is missing the point - that this is one of SK's oldest chapters, they were open for like 80 years, and they have lots of LOCAL alumnae who are going to donate to help the chapter. That's why they can do it. If TPA had been here for 80 years and successful for most of those years they could probably do it too. Anyone who thinks their nationals are where the main $$$ is coming from is seriously crackers.
