Sigma Kappa will not just be about them getting a house. They offer a much bigger and stronger sorority experience versus the tiny groups that colonized before them and remain unhoused. Sigma Kappa offers a huge national alumna base and a recognizable name. The house is a great thing to offer especially for the future pledge classes, but Sigma Kappa is the total package when it comes to a lifelong sorority experience.The other unhoused sororities simply can't compete with that.
