Just so no one gets their hopes dashed. . .do you have any idea how long it takes to build a house like this? There is sooooooo much that goes into it before you even see building happening. . .plans, permits, whom to contract. . . AFTER SK colonizes, I would say it would be two years at the absolute minimum before any house is done. Minimum. So, I guess what I am trying to say is, if you want a house, and you are currently a student at IU, chances are very very small that it will be finished while you are still a student.
