Agreed, nothing against DPhiE. They just aren't strong nationally whatsoever and to them it's not important to have strong, desirable chapters. Sigma Kappa is definitely going to make more of an effort to recruit a strong colony. Not that there is anything wrong with what DPhiE did. It's just different goals that each nationals has for their orgs.
