Yes, but there will be much more women who come out to be interviewed. Because this colonization has house/building plans, I think there will be a much larger pool of PNMs who are interested, thus making it a more competitive colonization. But you're absolutely correct, it's not like the house (if it happens right away) will be ready for girls to move in right after the colony is formed. It will be AT LEAST another year after the colonization. Juniors who join the colony, and maybe even sophomores will most likely not have a chance to live in the house anyway. If I had to guess.
