Rumor has it that they indicated to IU that they had the financial resources to buy a lot and build AFTER the chapter is colonized in 2016. Even if it is true, chances are it won't be done in time for current students to live in. If current freshman want to let 2 formal recruitments pass them by for the chance of being picked to colonize,, that's their choice, but doesn't seem like their best option. While sigma Kappa might be picky, they can only choose from the women who show up to be interviewed. I don't know why people think that's going to be so different from other expansions. They'll look to take 100-150 women just like the others. No expansion here has taken "everyone" just because they interviewed.
