Pretty much. Sigma Kappa knows what they're doing. They're not going to bother with a colonization if they know they won't be successful. And they know that at IU, having a house is pretty much the biggest factor in being a successful house. With chapters like TPA and DPhiE, the majority of their chapters are small and don't have houses, so it's not as big of a deal to them. But for Sigma Kappa, they aren't going to waste time on colonizing a chapter that will be weak. I don't think the plans for a physical house are completely set in stone yet, but they have made it clear that they definitely plan to build one for this chapter. Although who knows if it will even be in the next 4 years? Maybe they'll want to get the chapter colonized and running for a few years before they even decide it's worth it to start building. We don't really know much yet. Time will tell.
