It's better to be unhoused than not Greek at all. You will not get the same experience for sure and a lot of people will look down on you, but if it is important for you to be Greek then this is an alternative. I don't think any of them will close any time soon, but the biggest danger would be if they change the way we do bed rush. I think it would be very hard for all those new less desirable groups to survive if all the other sororities could take much bigger pledge classes. If you don't end up with a bid at all, then think about going out for Sigma Kappa. That is a much bigger and nationally stronger group than the other unhoused sororities. I think they have the best chances of thriving here because of that and the fact that they are committed to getting a house.
