Why doesn't IU help the un-housed sororities by building a large condo with separate units that can house all 3 and them renting to them. IU wants to keep its hands on as much land and buildings as they can anyway - they are desperate to get the 3rd street houses, so it's the best of both worlds. If it works at a competitive SEC school like Auburn it can surely work here.
