i REALLY want to be in Pi Phi. (unless rush sways my opinion/ I feel like I found somewhere else I like better) what do I have to do to maximize my chances? Is it based on luck on who rushes you? They're all so pretty, and have a house in a great location. I'm also scared bc everyone says they're catty... but aren't all houses catty? idk!
