Beta - with a slight fall off of pi kapps and phi sig getting cnd this is clear top house Phi Psi - their fall freshman class is really good, parties at night there are a no brainer, great time and one of the best setups SAE - everything they’ve had this semester has been great, getting a bad rep for one incident in the fall is silly, great house right now Chi Phi - playing off the cards of other upper houses being inactive, freshman classes both super strong, 3rd street isn’t ideal but they’ve been getting it going recently Phi Delt - peck.
