it's basically just history. you're right. a lot of frat parties are the same. and a lot of sororities have really nice girls, but the rankings are rankings because someone said so. it's that easy. we weren't around when someone decided a top house was top house. we were just told who is where in the order. it does suck because it stops our greek system from meeting new people but unfortunately that's how it is.
