Interested to hear opinions about this. Honestly in my experience there isn't that big of a difference between parties at bottom houses and those in mid-tier. I've seen houses like Asig/Lambda/TEP just as packed as Chi Phi/Beta Sig/Snu etc. There doesn't really seem to be a big difference until you compare them to the top houses. Is it simply just pairs or what? And how does a house move up from bottom?
