Yep, you kick out the bad apples. Off campus for a year. Return on probation. AND the cycle continues. Each house needs to be cleaned every 3-4 years. It's a constant cycle. Just cause there are a couple bad apples does not mean all 150 people get punished. Nothing new. Not a good or bad thing.
