Yes this is 100% true. IU kicked them for hazing but their house was on the other side of Hawthorn off of third street next to Kappa. They were part of the “Third Street Elite” when that was still a thing. That kinda finally ended when Lambda was suspended and Tri-Delt’s were kicked and lost their house for good.
