I looked into for ya, so I'll give you my findings. It appears Fiji only has something like 5 or 6 chapters in the Northeast. As for Pi Kapp, they definitely don't appear to be Northeast centered, but are pretty big in Pennsylvania schools specifically. Both are pretty heavily Southern/Western houses by the numbers.
