I'd say Kappa Sig is probably the number 3, but after that, the next 10 or so houses would have too much of a regional bias to create a clear top 5, so you could probably just put them in one big group to be most accurate. Someone in the Northeast or South wouldn't put Sig Ep in the top 5, someone in the Northeast or West Coast wouldn't put Pike in the top 5, etc.
