Kappa was placed on probation a couple of years ago for allegedly hazing their babies. Theta has also had some drama in the past with the way that they treated their new members, but I don't know the complete story behind that. But obviously every house has had their issues/problems and I really think that all the bashing on this site is just 1 lame, bored person who has it out for Kappa/Theta. My sorority has never had any problems with them either.
