No disrespect toward Delts or PhiDelt, I just don't think they should be considered on the same level as Phi Psi, Kappa Sig or just below any of the top ones listed... If it helps, I'd easily consider them as top of the middle houses listed, but there's really not much of a difference between them and the other middle-tier houses in the third row, except ZBT who shouldn't be listed at all...
