pnms think top tier means good and well respected but no it means wealthy and superficial. I’m not saying that everyone in top tier fits that but that is what tier level is based on and it is also why aphi has gained such a bad reputatition in the past few years. They take girls based entirely on money partying and looks. That’s not exactly a recipe for sisterhood and it is why aphi is falling.
