For the people in the back...they are NOT a top house any longer. They are living of past rep and a greek system who refuses to let it go. Seriously, they aren't a bad house, they just aren't elite anymore. They have more average girls than above average girls, five years ago this wasn't the case. They have been in trouble with both IU and their national for excessive partying, low GPA, not taking recruitment seriously, etc. Five years ago, again, not the case, they could hold their booze without getting sloppy drunk, they could fill a pledge class without giving snap bids, etc. Pi Phi, XO are far above them now. I would put Alpha Phi, AXO, Kappa in the next group down..still good chapters, just not as "good".
