Go away old lady. No chapter at IU will take a junior during formal recruitment and only about half of them take an sophomores other than legacies or friends of girls in the chapter already. Informal is her best bet first. If she doesn't connect with any of the chapters during informal, then try formal. But don't use it as a first option.
