I think you should at least consider it. Phi Psi was once a very strong house at IU and has quite a bit of alumni support. Granted, while they are off campus, you won't have the same experience in the chapter that your brother had. However, once they get back into their new house, I would think they would recover very quickly. Nearly every fraternity at IU has been suspended at some point in recent years. There are really two things that determine if and how quickly they recover. First, the guys selected to start the organization back up. Phi Psi has a bit of a mixed bag there. Second, the quality of their house. Chapters with great houses typically recover quickly. My cousins were both Betas before and after they were suspended. Beta was a top house when they were suspended and were considered a top house again the first year they moved into their current place. I think Phi Psis house will be a big help getting the chapter to recover.
