Transferring in the fall and want to do informal so that I have more time with my sorority if I choose to join. I’m coming from Georgia and don’t know anyone at IU. Do I need to know people to get invited to the first round of formal? Also, as I understand it, all sororities are housed except ASA and they all have live in requirements. Would I be required to live in during my second semester? I hope not because I already signed a year long lease. Aside from sororities, any other orgs that are good for transfers to make friends?
