ok to be completely honest I joined a chapter as a junior through informal recruitment and I LOVE it. so even if a chapter is known as "bottom" tier, definitely give them a chance because you never know whats going to happen. I never thought I would like my chapter as much as I did and yeah some times I regret joining, but in the long run I love my sisters and wouldn't chance anything about them.
