Your better alternative as a sophomore would have been to continue your recruitment into attending pref parties (were you so invited) then possibly (if you still dislike your choices) not listing any pref choice afterward. THEN you would have known FOR SURE you "did not like" the houses you gave up on. Sorority women are taught to make all their guests feel at ease and will not intentionally lead-on a pnm they do not feel 'fits'; your sisterhood round invite choices were given with all the respect and thought sorority women put into choosing their future sisters. Here at IU your choice to recuse yourself from recruitment during sisterhood round indicates personal choosiness that must be taken with future lack of sorority bid opportunity.
