you're right and wrong about a few things. wrong about pi phi - definitely still top. younger guys all say they have the best babies too. and aephi is not on the same level as the other houses you put as middle but youre right about gphi and kappa. kappa really isnt as bad as everyone says and gphi definitely made moves getting friendly with beta when they used to barely pair also agree some off campus houses could be higher if they had a house.
