UVA and Vandy have cake recruitments. UT and SMU are all about connections: summer camps, high school, family friends, etc. The toughest southern recruitments are Mizzou, Alabama and Ole Miss. IU is on par with those for a variety of different reasons. Girls drop at al of these because they don't "feel a connection" to the chapters they have left, which is recruitment speak for I feel like I am too good for the chapters I have left. IU doesn't use rec letters like Alabama and Ole Miss do.
