House is pretty on the outside, falling apart on the inside. Dated decor, ugh. Upstairs is small and cramped. The house is too old. Wouldn't pay that kind of money to live there. If I am going to pay those kind of prices I want to live someplace newer like AGD, AXiD, AOII, etc. Kappa house is old too, but it's in way better shape. They update and renovate all the time.
