By the amount of hate they are getting on here, somebody must be worried. Also, there is no guarantee that Phi Psi is going to be large enough to be able to take the house back. It sleeps like 90 plus they will have money coming from live outs to support it too. Right now they don't even have 80 members. SK has the option to renew the lease beyond the original two years. They must not be paying to have posts removed because I see some pretty hateful things about them posted.
