Yeah, the reason I thought this was an interesting question is because how you rank the physical properties will vary depending on what you value. Theta for example has a beautiful exterior and formal and has by far the best location but a dated upstairs. ADPi and AXiD both have beautiful newish (~25 years old )houses but the locations aren’t great. On he men’s side., I might have included DU or Lambda Chi since they are both in greatlocations. DU is in much better condition than lambd chi. Sig Ep is another one that has a great location. Another potential one to include would be SAE’s house.
