It's obvious you haven't been in most of those sorority houses. Tri Delt/DPhiE is old and outdated. No real modern conveniences. The upstairs rooms are super tiny and the hallways are narrow. Definitely not one of the best chapter houses. Same way with Theta. It's super old and it needs a serious facelift, but they can't do much because it's a landmark or some crap like that. AXO is decorated horribly, the dining room clashes with itself, but the house itself is nice. Alpha Phi needs a make over, too. Best Physical Sorority Houses: (no particular order) 1. AGD 2. Kappa 3.
