Best kept secret on campus. Lots of chapters did not make quota last night. It doesn't mean they are bad chapters. It can mean a lot of things such as: numbers game didn't pan out in their favor, girls dropped after going to pref, lots of girls suicided, panhel made them cut too many girls in early rounds, or the PNMs finally figured out that tiers aren't as "cool" and they think they are when they have to live with them. If a chapter isn't putting their PC all over social media, there is a reason.
