It’s all based on conversations. At least for my chapter, we don’t do a lot of social media stalking and we’re mid tier but don’t rely on just your looks. If you make us remember you, you’ll be ranked high. We’re looking for girls who aspire to be someone, know what being in a sorority means (I hate it when girls tell me they want to be in a sorority to party or meet their future bridesmaids or some bs like that. Inspire me. Tell me you want to learn from your closest friends, or that you want to be part of an organization that changes you for the better), and girls who respect others and respect themselves. It’s all about the conversation.
