If your Mom is your legacy link and you go to Pref round you are in. Grandmothers, and Sisters...maybe, depends on National policy. Aunts, Cousins, etc...probably not..check policy. Being a legacy does matter, especially so if it was your Mother. If another relative not as much. If your Mom was a member at the Chapter you are rushing then you are a Super Legacy and that matters a lot. You are guaranteed at least 2 rounds, but if they are going to drop you they will do it then...BUT only with significant discussion internally. A big deal to drop a same Chapter legacy with Mom link.
