You will only be living in your house one year anyway. The idea that you will live in all three years is a thing of the past. The only chapters who have a large percentage of juniors living in is ZTA because of their past issues and TPA because the house is so large. The ASA girls live together in apartments, houses, etc which is what the other greeks do for junior and senior year. I think you're a bit naive if you think living in is what makes a chapter.
