As much as people want to hate on them, the really are a step up from TPA, ASA, DPhiE. They seems to pair with the any of the same chapters as SDT, ADPi, and AGD. They are still somewhat of a mixed bag because they have half a chapter of women still there from the colonization, but they are slowly establishing their identity. The lease they have on Phi Psi is eligible to be extended if Phi Psi is not ready to come back. With the number of fraternities losing their chapters, I don't see them being unhoused, just maybe not in Phi Psi after next school year.
