Ok, no one has the house yet. Thats not how it works. IF SNu's Alumni want to rent the house out, then they will listen to offers from multiple chapters. Thats if they want too. Since SNu's nationals pulled the charter, they can decide to recharter whenever they want, which is how Tri Delt is handling that situation. That means they have to option of keeping it empty for a couple of years and then rebuild the chapter. Skulls, Pike, ASA, DPhiE, and probably some more chapters will all try to get the lease if its offered. But its a long process and no one will know for awhile.
