For Sororities, I feel like AXO and Gphi get their credit for being upper houses. I do agree that kappa should get more credit, but it’s not like people every say they worse than upper mid. For Frats, I think ZBT is credited as being a top house by everyone so they can’t really be underated. I think if anything Phi Sig and AEPi are a little over rated because they get used for their houses once in a while
