XO is much stronger nationally than APhi. Alpha Phi is a middle organization nationally: low GPAs, not much campus involvement, sketchy philanthropy (everything is filtered through their AP Foundation nothing goes directly to the American Heart Association), and just recruiting on looks. XO has the largest number of collegiate chapters. Pi Phi, DG, Kappa, Theta, DDD, XO, ZTA, are all stronger nationally than APhi.
