It's really hard to get a bid from any house in general (except for off campus they can't cut you). It's even harder to get a bid from a top tier house. It's even hard to get a big from the TOP top tier house. Pi phi isn't just picky it is also the pickiest of the top tier houses so last year even if you were getting a bid back from aphi or tri delt chances were you didn't get one back from pi phi. This year's rush is going to be even more competitive because now that tri delt is gone Pi Phi can afford to be even pickier
