Phi Sig has new house that's only improving physically and both pledge classes last year were great and only getting better. They're stealing some top tier quality. ZBT pretty much is at the top but next year they should secure one of the best houses on campus. They broke into top in the spring and will do well when we return. AEPi, like ZBT is a fun place to party, with dudes opting for this house instead of Sammy, up is the only way to go. SAE: As much as I hate to say it, SAE saw a bit of a rise this year and who knows maybe will continue a bit.
