Here's who and here's why Skulls: I'll start with the one that'll get hate. They have a nicer location, better PC's than the older, creepy guys they're known for, and honestly throw down hard. Plus they've slowly been getting more involved around campus. ZBT: Easy answer here. Other houses are messing up, and ZBT is consistently getting better. They party hard, pair well, and will take potential sammy rushees for the next few years. AEPi: I don't see how they aren't a high upper mid tier already. They throw some ragers and have too house girls come to literally every event. Next year will be their coming out party. The guys there create one of the coolest environments of any house. Lambda: Hot, smart guys that have flown under the radar for so long. A great location/house, strong PC's, and a strong academic presence
