I joined an NPC group thirty years ago that collected funds for future housing, and part of that money went to rent rooms for regular meetings and sisterhood gatherings as well as COB events (small campus=small greek life). We still do not have regular housing, but these funds are still accumulating for whenever our campus allows us to have housing (it still allows no official "housing" for any greek group).
