An unhoused fraternity getting a sorority house? Not gonna happen. Highly unlikely that a sorority would rent to a fraternity since fraternities throw parties and the wear and tear after that is a lot more than a sorority who doesn't throw parties. I'm not surprised DDD wants to keep their house nice. Agree with the rest of your post for sure.
