It's not a done deal until deposits are paid and girls move in. Here's the thing. TPA signed the contract to live in Delts, however there are a number of girls that are still hesitant. If 10 girls drop out of Delts. If five girls signed but cannot live in Delts, the each of the remaining girls will have to pay aprox $615 more per year. Ten girls cannot live in, 1,200 more per year.
