Since the house will be available more than one year, could TPA take Summer and Fall 2017 semesters to redecorate/refresh the interior with more feminine appeal and have women move-in and recruit from the house Winter 2018? It would cost TPA National more money (with no live-ins for Fall) but the house would look spanking great for recruitment! Perhaps this idea has been floated during house negotiations, and thats why its taking so long for the big announcement.
