TPA has a verbal agreement with Delts. They need many of their girls to find sub-letters within the next week. They probably forced this years' freshman class to live in Delts next year which is kind of unethical since the girls chose an off-campus house, but alright. That still means there are two dozen or so girls who need to fill the remaining rooms. They need to either a) break their lease or b) sublease within the next week.
