No. Snap bids have to be offered before bid day. Some chapters may have a few informal/COB bids available, but if you were cut from a chapter...THEY WILL NOT OFFER YOU A BID now. Those snap bids are for girls who ranked a chapter out of their top group and didn't go back to a chapter. For example, if a PMN Patty ranked ABC #4 at pref and did not go and did not match with her top three, she can be offered a snap.
