No it is not true. Recruitment isn't over. And these chapters will most likely NOT be hosting informal. IF they were to host informal, they wouldn't advertise it and they would already have girls that they want selected. Sorry, that's how it works. I suggest you look at what you have left, and, if you don't have anything left, look at chapters who will be advertising when they will have informal recruitment (DPhiE and ASA most likely). These chapters are great, and by ruling them out you simply because they don't have a house are CHOOSING not to go Greek and I honestly have no sympathy for people like that.
